The biggest comic and pop culture gathering in North America will be taking place at the San Diego Convention Center from July 13-17, 2005.
For Star Wars fans, this is a convention goer's dream!

Star Wars Category at the Comic-Con Masquerade. The individual or group judged to have the best Star Wars costume will receive a special limited-edition prize from the Lucas Licensing archives. 8:30 PM; Ballroom 20
Sunday -- Kids' Day:
How to Draw Star Wars. Cartoonist Randy Martinez will teach a class especially for kids on how to draw favorite Star Wars characters. Parents should be prepared to have fun, too! 11:30 AM -- 12:30 PM; Room 1 AB
There will be fifteen Star Wars licensees exhibiting in the pavilion, plus Hyperspace: The Official Star Wars Fan Club, and StarWarsShop.com. Here's just a taste of what they will have to offer:
The webcam will be set up in the Pavilion, and Hyperspace members can send live, virtual greeting cards to their friends online by posing in front of the cam with their messages.
