Johnny Hart, cartoonist of the prehistoric error comic strip, "B.C." died Saturday of a stroke. According to his wife, the cartoonist was dedicated to the end, having died at his storyboard. "B.C." began its run in 1958, eventually appearing in over 1300 newspapers. According to Creator's syndicate, distributor of the comic strip, "B.C." and "Wizards of Id," Hart's other well-known, award-winning strip, will continue to run as they have an extensive computer archive of Hart's drawings to work with.
