Welcome to the 10th edition of the G-Pop Network. Yes, we just keep going and going and going...and so on. This week's edition was very, very, very book intensive, but still offered something for everyone.
Justine Manzano takes a look at Death Sentences: Tales of Punishment and Revenge written by: Matthew Warner, a bunch of short stories in the horror genre. The book left such an impact on Manzano, that she plans on reviewing future works from Warner in the coming weeks. Looking forward to it. Go to www.g-pop.net/death_sentences.htm
Talon Karrde goes off into the realm of science fiction with a look at the prequel to the Starscape Project. The Silver Bullet shows readers how it began leaving Talon Karrde hoping to discover how it continues. This is a series that will keep readers wanting more. Take a look at the review by checking out the following address: www.g-pop.net/SilverBullet.htm
Ismael Manzano look at a book that provides readers with a different take on werewolves. This is a very interesting read that will bring werewolves back into the forefront of a world dominated by blood sucking vampires. You have sucked our world dry. Long live the werewolf. Growl and howl and things like that. Go to the review of Bitten at www.g-pop.net/Bitten.htm
Ismael also takes a look Constantine, which I can tell you was an awesome movie that makes you think. I loved how different it was and how it didn't follow a formula that so many similar movies follow. Does Ismael agree with me? Well, take a look at his review at the following link: www.g-pop.net/Constantine.htm
It is just an outpouring of positivity as Talon Karrde takes another look at Its Revenge, a rock group she reviewed during her previous tenure with www.ybfree.com. Well, apparently, their latest CD, Rock and Roll Retribution continues their good record. Talon Karrde believes their future is bright and to find out why, go to www.g-pop.net/ItsRevengeRRR.htm
Hip Hop is still hot, but it has gotten a very bad rap as of late. It is seen for its violence, booty shaking hoes and reliance on bling bling, but Hip Hop has a power to do good and DJ Cool Clyde showed Jon Minners just how it can be done. Take a look at how Hip Hop can raise the kings and queens of the future. Take a look at how it gets done and take a look at some great pictures at www.g-pop.net/kings_queens.htm
Jon Minners also discusses his feelings on love in what may be the most powerful Minners Commentary ever. Take a look at the article that will have you all reliving your past and hoping for a great future at the following link:

Of course, Summerslam happened last week. See how Badseed faired with his predictions for the event. Go to www.g-pop.net/Badseed331_summerslam.htm and while you are at it, check out DravenyCrow's great look at the UPW DVD Overload featuring Ken Shamrock, Roddy Piper, Konnan and so many great stars. Go to www.g-pop.net/UPW.htm
And come back for more as week 11 hits you right between the eyes. Get popped!!! Go to www.g-pop.net. If it's entertainment, it's covered. Peace
