HOW DO I GET MY BADGE IF I PRE-REGISTERED?
Badges are provided onsite. You must bring your e-mail receipt to a Registration Desk to receive your badge. Pre-Registered Attendees and Professionals may pick up their badges starting Thursday, April 17th. Find out more on our TICKETS page.
DO I HAVE TO WEAR MY BADGE?
You will need your badge to attend any Convention function, including visiting the Program Rooms or going to Convention-sponsored events. If you're asked to show your badge, please do so. Please do not give away your badge to people outside the Convention Center when you leave NEW YORK COMIC CON. You may think you're doing someone a favor, but most of the badges given away end up being resold on the street, sometimes for an even higher price than what you would pay. Hold on to your badge!
I REALLY WANT TO SEE STAN LEE! AM I GUARANTEED A SEAT?
All event and program rooms have limited capacity as set by the Fire Marshall. Seating is limited and is on a first-come-first-served basis. Even though your badge is needed to get into all events, it does not guarantee you access to any event if it has reached its capacity. We do not clear rooms between events. Most autograph signings are of a limited nature. Your badge does not guarantee autographs at any signing event. If an event or program interests you, we recommend you get there early.
CAN YOU PAGE SOMEONE FOR ME?
Arrange a time and place to meet at the end of the day or if you get separated. There is no PA system available on the show floor. To get messages to people, we suggest using those cool cell phone things.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
If you have pets, please leave them at home. The Javits Center will not allow animals into the building, except for service animals.
CAN I BRING A SUITCASE OR HANDCART WITH ME?
Please be aware that handcarts, trolleys, oversized strollers, rolling luggage and wheeled backpacks are not allowed on the Exhibition Hall floor.
REMEMBER TO BE NICE!
Please turn your cell phones and pagers off or to vibrate when you're in programming and event rooms. If you must take or make a call, please step outside.
CAN YOU WATCH MY KIDS?
