Welcome. We lost track of the weeks due to the July 4th weekend, so I am pulling double duty and posting week 4 and week 5 on the message board. Both weeks contained great articles for everyone to enjoy.
First, Talon Karrde enjoyed her Fourth of July weekend, she decided to share it with everyone. Take a look at this review of a patriot's dream at www.g-pop.net/july4.htm
I hit you off once more with a Minners Commentary Corner that takes a look at how I became the way I am today. Yes, I share my life stories with you all and this one discusses a fight I had in high school that made me the hardened criminal (LOL. j/k) I am right now. Go check out www.g-pop.net/minners43_fight.htm
Of course, my alter ego, Badseed has a new wrestling column up that discusses the trades and releases in the WWE. You can check that out at www.g-pop.net/badseed325_released.htm
Me and my sister battle it out with a point/counterpoint of the movie War of the Worlds. She actually liked the drivel. I only liked certain elements and thought the soundtrack was the most consistent part of the film. Check out the review at www.g-pop.net/wotw_point.htm
Justine Manzano has done it again. She is taking another look at Buffy and this time a critical one. Take a look at her review of the Wicked Willow trilogy at www.g-pop.net/wickedwillow.htm
Her husband has a knack for writing too and wanted to trash a book so bad, but unfortunately what he thought was a lame book turned out to be a great read. Check out his review of the Dean Koontz Odd Thomas review.
I am back again with a review of a CD featuring Bronx artists. This is one to have if you are into Hip Hop, Jazz, Salsa, Rock, Doo Wop and more. Check out the story behind the CD, a review and a look at four artists who helped make the CD cook at www.g-pop.net/bronxcd.htm
Talon Karrde rounds things out with a unique look at a band stuck in a time warp. The entertaining Rasputina does it again in full 1800 garb armed with two cellos and a drum. This is one review that you are going to want to read. Go to www.g-pop.net/rasputinaradical.htm
That's all. Let us know what you think. Until next time...Peace
